Shipping policy

We ships products directly from our California warehouse via USPS/UPS.

We offer delivery anywhere in the United States and internationally. We also ship to PO Boxes (see Shipping to PO Boxes) and Military (APO/FPO) addresses (see Shipping to Military Addresses).

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, processing may be delayed up to 48 hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS. 

The order must be placed by 12 pm PST to start processing the same day. Processing time typically processes within 2 business days (Monday – Friday). During the holiday season, shipping may take longer. Any order after 12 pm PST will roll over to the next business day to process.

If you wish to change the shipping address during the shipping process, there will be an additional  service fee applied to your account. To avoid any complications with your delivery, we suggest to double-check and confirm your Shipping Information and Address is correct, deliverable, and complete (suite number, apt number, room number, zip code, etc.)

Unsuccessful Delivery

Just Pinas shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges or losses incurred by Just Pinas in the process of re-routing or making an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. Just Pinas will make every attempt to contact the customer in advance to avoid additional shipping charges if possible. If delivery is attempted and the driver is unable to deliver the package, the shipping company will return the package to Just Pinas. Any charges incurred by Just Pinas due to unsuccessful delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Require Signature Service

If you are worried about lost packages during delivery we recommend adding signature upon delivery option for an extra layer of protection. This type of service entails that a package you ordered will first need to be directly signed for by someone at the delivery address only. If no one is available to sign, carrier will attempt redelivery of the package on another date.  Note that we are not responsible for any lost packages during the delivery handling process. You must contact the carrier directly to request support and refund. If no solution has been settled, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Shipping to PO Boxes is available but you must select USPS as the shipping method at checkout. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping to Military APO/FPO Addresses

Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS Priority. The package cannot be tracked after it enters the Military Mail System. Therefore, we are unable to determine the order delivery time. All orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 60 days. Additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card automatically if a shipping carrier  is selected at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping and handling is processed through UPS/DHL. Costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the order weight and distance from our California location.

Packaging

We ship frozen goods using insulation or foam with ice packs. 

Warning: All Frozen goods are packed and shipped inside a cool shield thermal packaging material and come with multiple non-toxic food grade from gel ice packs. There's a chance that it will arrived thawed. AND WILL NOT HONOR REFUNDS DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. Only order frozen products at your own risk.

Order Tracking

When shipping with USPS or UPS, an order confirmation will be emailed to you which will include a tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your orders progress USPS.com or UPS.com.

Products Damaged or Shipped in Error

Although deliveries are packaged very carefully, damages can sometimes occur in transit and mistakes are sometimes made. Please see our Return Policy.
